Separators

Air Conveying Corp. Separators consistently and efficiently separate material from the conveying air without plugging.  The operation of the trim systems is what generally causes a Separator to plug.  Plug detectors come standard with all Air Conveying Corp. Separators and warn you if the bottom of the Separator becomes plugged due to baler failure or any other cause.  Unlike our competitors, we never stop the movement of the material with a maintenance intensive airlock advertised to reduce down pressure.  We use a much more effective and adjustable Draw Thru System or Neutralizing System.
